Alan Cumming & Garret Dillahunt discuss gay adoption in ‘Any Day Now’

Travis Fine’s recent film Any Day Now takes a close look at gay life between drag-queen Rudy (Alan Cumming) and closeted Paul (Garret Dillahunt) in 1970s LA, as well as the struggle when the couple want to adopt a child with down syndrome, Marco (Isaac Leyva). Here in an interview with The Daily Beast, Cumming and Dillahunt talk about the film’s powerful exploration of gay life and the hardships their characters would have endured.

For more information on Any Day Now and where you can see it in a theatre starting tomorrow, see here.
